What is the Product Warranty of Asujewelry.com?

Asujewelry.com chooses products to sell based on their excellent designs and good quality. We check all of your orders during the packing stage to make sure that accessories are included and all products are in good condition!

Maybe a few products were damaged in long distance transport. Would you like to report to us within 14 days since you received the package? We will refund to you within 14 days!

Please read the following after-sales terms first so as to better understand the Asujewelry.com warranty:

1. Missing Item: Items missed completely or partially from an order.
2. Damage: Physical damage on products' surface.
3. Wrong Product Received: Product that is completely different from Asujewelry.com web description.

Remarks

For "missing" products, please weigh the package when you receive it and report the weight to sales008@sales.asujewelry.com within 14 days since the package arrived.
For "damage" and "wrong" products received, they should be reported to sales008@sales.asujewelry.com with photos within 14 days since the package arrived.
Please check the products carefully when you just received the parcel. Please inform us immediately when you find something abnormal.
Please keep in touch with us before your after-sale request is resolved. Once the application has not been updated for more than 14 days, we will regard it as being given up on the customer's own initiative and the case will be closed automatically.
